Our definition of an Overachiever is someone who overachieves at everything they do.
They do whatever is asked of them, and a little bit more. Overachievers typically overachieve at everything - in their family life, in their personal life, during their education, and in their job.
Anyone can be an Overachier if they are dedicated to becoming one.
Many Overachievers are born that way and it part or who they are. You too can be an Overachiever if you find the right motivation and commit yourself to overachieve in everything you do.
The rewards can be great. Most overachievers have great success in their lives.
Do you strive to do more than is expected of you at everything you do? Are you driven more by what you think of yourself than external rewards?
if you answer both of these questions YES, then you are an Overachiever.
If not, you can be one by committing yourself to the following:
1. Commit yourself to overachieve at everything you do. Develop the motivatioin and attitude of an Overachiever with the personal motivation inside you (and not from external rewards).
2. learn everything you can about everything you do. Read transformative books (we have a few in the Lessons Learned page). Study other successful people and emulate them.
3. Get along with people - at work, at home or in your community strive to never have anyone say anything bad about you, and have as many advocates as you can.
Strive for excellence in everything you do. This is not a part-time thing, this is an "all-in" commitment.
The rewards can be great, but it requires a deep passion and commitment to excel.
To be an overahiever, you need to overachieve at everything - your personal and professional lives. Do what is expected of you plus a little bit more before it is asked of you. Having the right attitude is the start of it all.
